Denmark to South Coast Norway

We are travelling through farming communities - fishing, wheat, oats, pigs, chickens, fruit - so stop to buy some strawberries and cherries. There are lots of bikeways but with such a short summer season I wonder if they become cross country ski trails? Hvolris Iron Age Village was marked on our map (and not much else) so decided to stop and have a look. It was not that impressive although there was an arrow head dated at 6000 years old.
